Where to Take a Boat Ride

Between November and March, there are daily tours at 7:30AM that depart from Playa Mazunte. At the end of Playa Rinconcito you will see a table on your right selling tickets for the day’s tour. You can also pre-reserve a tour if you go the day before. Tickets are usually 350 pesos per person. They will call your name and assign you to a boat upon departure. The tour typically lasts two hours.

Every day is different but you may be treated to whale sightings, packs of playful dolphins, tortoises, and jumping manta rays!
