Kat Mok is a spiritual philosophy writer and social activist. Her interests are at the intersection of society-business-politics, and environment-health-evolution.

In her writing, she envisions a new way of being in the world. A way of being that is connected to energy, nature and soul, and balanced in feminine/yin and masculine/yang energy, in all that we are and how we relate, live, and create in the world. She questions the status quo of our selves and how we choose to use our energy in this world. Unraveling and diving deep into the undercurrent and foundations of our belief systems, programming, values, and perspectives that create our collective realities. Addressing the consequences of our social program—from chronic stress and anxiety, to chronic health conditions, to global environmental disease and depletion. It is possible to heal, to educate and embody higher spiritual values and behaviors, to reject an unhealthy toxic societal system, and to change the way we relate and create in the world. She aims to seed higher perspectives and values, and help equip people with tangible, everyday skills to re-forge our essential human connection to energy, nature, and soul. The goal is to encourage higher conscious being and personal responsibiliy for real, long-term healing and functioning—beyond superficial band-aid products and conventional knowledge—for a healthier and more prosperous collective reality.

In her consulting and advocacy work, she is focused on initiatives that advocate for the education and evolution of society, and the healing, replenishment and protection of our people and planet. Previously, Kat was a Vice President of Marketing in corporate New York City, working in branding, communications, and media. She envisioned and created new brands and businesses and launched them to market.

Kat is a world traveler, nature lover, and a life-long learner. She is in constant pursuit of spiritual expansion and the diversity of the human experience. She finds personal joy in the spirit of exploration—in global travel, conversation, and the lived experience. Among her favorite adventures include: hiking and glacier trekking in Patagonia, cruising the Galapagos, volcano boarding in Nicaragua, trekking across 20+ Mayan archaelogical sites in Mexico, camping in the Lacandon and Amazon, whitewater rafting in Honduras, and climbing Cotapaxi and Ecuadorian volcanoes. A crafts maker at heart, she enjoys ancient craft traditions, art and architecture inspired by nature as expressions of refinement, soul and beauty. A natural energy channeler, she has spent years devoted to healing and meditation work, traveling to over 45 countries, and teaching skills and practices for soul and energy reconnection work. She developed an energy meditation program for a well known spiritual-wellness center in Latin America, and has taught students from around the world including the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
