The Things That Ground Us in Truth
In a cycle of increasing uncertainty and transformation in the world, it can be easy to cling even tighter to what we know. What we believe to be true and right and good. To the certain ways of being and doing. And to the perspectives we already accept and support. To turn away from all that may be too negative, inconvenient, or uncomfortable to deal with. But in such a momumental cycle of important transformation for humanity, it is precisely the energies of the time trying to break us free from our familiar habits and fixed perspectives. Forcing us to acknowledge inconvenient Truths, and be willing to take action to change.
This is the cycle in time where the status quo of our reality, must shatter. To allow the chaos to break us in some way so that we can release our grip of what we think. And to blatanly make apparent the cracks in the system of our self and society. The ripple in the mirage, the breakdown of the system, the confrontation of the self. Everything we have forced to happen, to work because it has to, to maintaining certain beliefs and priorities, to reinforcing illusions of false power, to the lies repeatedly maintained to perpetuate a particular version of society, to the mass resignation of individual free will and responsibility. All to feel a false semblance of security and certainty, power and control, across all levels of peoples. A sick society founded on the single-minded pursuit of money and control of others, breeds injustice, lies, false truths, misinformation, manipulation, unchecked egos, false promises, greed, exploitation, violence, anger, and disrespect. These energies are packaged wholesale to the masses for daily consumption, oftentimes masked in illusions of love, goodness, justice, or righteousness. A sick society beaten down by these toxic energies are resigned to ignorance and apathy to survive and get by.
Everything is all out there for us to see as it is. The problem, is many do not want to, and cannot see it for what it truly is. Because to see the world truly as it is, in all of its messiness and contradiction and gray areas, means to confront the same within ourselves. To be willing to let go of the need for self-protection and delusion to confirm to ourselves, everything is fine. To deal with the uncomfy aspects of self and life, instead of escaping or avoiding. And for us to take individual responsibility, in which we realize our own complicity in the larger system. We cannot see the world clearly if we do not clearly see ourselves.
We shall not turn our eyes away, close our ears, nor feign ingnorance to what we deep down know to be wrong or untrue. We can be brave enough to care and put our heart on the line to speak up and endeavor to acknoweldge the hard Truths in the everyday. For we can no longer afford to build selves and lives founded on lies and violations. Eventually nature will arrive with great force to correct, and the house of cards will inevitably fall. For it has always lacked secure foundations rooted in Truth.
In a time of AI, encouraging humans to further relinquish control of their minds and free wills, to let go of the last vestiges of intuitive natural intelligence and self-sufficiency, we cannot afford to give up our human capacity to feel and care. And we cannot afford to be so arrogant to think we know when we do not. We must be willing to be wrong. To be open to our perspectives changing, to be open to our beliefs evolving, and to be open to our actions changing.
In these challenging times, to thrive, not just to survive, we must actively endeavor to uncover the Truth, instead of pasively clinging to what we already know. The energy of these times is calling for it and is supporting us in this effort. It wants us to break free from our minds, our fixed perspectives, our superficial human knowledge, and to expand beyond to higher perspectives and understanding of what Truth can be. There is no better way to ground ourselves in these times, than to choose things that can ground us in Truth, not mask or separate from it.
Nature will always tell the Truth. Its honesty will come through how you feel in it. In nature, free of commercialization, the energy of Truth flows freely. Because Truth speaks when it is free. Taking time to escape the noisy, commercial spaces that have taken up shop in every nook and cranny in the world, online, and even in the human mind. The last vestiges of freedom and Truth reside in natural spaces that are free to be wild. Listening to our soul and feelings help ground us in Truth. By way of taking quiet solitude for ourselves, in unaccompanied meditation, in the shower, on a hike, in a quiet ocean swim, a surf, a walk in the forest. Simply being present and connected with nature, forges a mutual connection of energies. Creating alignment, synergy, and opening up passageways. And if one can connect, nature speaks to us, sharing Truths, its wisdom, and everything we need to live and love. Making sure to eat high vibrational natural foods, vibrant and lovingly grown fruits and vegetables, can even help connect us to life itself as we nurture our natural bodies with nature’s energy. Growing and tending to plants. Looking up at the stars in the night sky. Watching the sun rise or set. Admiring animals and listening through their eyes. There are so many beautiful ways to listen to and feel Truth. Truth is a force of life. It’s honest, it’s real, it’s at peace, it comes without motive, reason or agenda of good or bad, and there is no expectation of control or payment. It comes and it says take it or leave it. It’s presence is enough. Truth is not necessarily spoken with words or understood in the mind, but rather felt and sensed in the heart and soul. This sort of profound feeling, the current of Truth, is what will help us navigate this increasingly uncertain and transformational time of our era.
